Those parts are in really bad shape. Were the missing mounting tabs loose in the box?
All the parts I got from Doug were in good shape for being 10 years old except for one taillight which had crack, but I didn't care since I was butchering it up for testing.
Sorry to hear about your problems, I hope Doug makes good on the deal.
