Yes, actually he is. He was complaing that us 'white folk' won't be nice to black folks because of the way they type. OK. The PROBLEM, is that he was assuming mr ebonics is black. I've seen a lot of (stupid) white people speak ebonics, and I've seen a lot of black people speak perfectly good english. THe fact that he was connecting horrible grammar and a bad grasp of the english language to black people is what makes him perpetuating a stereotype.
