Yes and no Sean. It depends which SVX year you mean.
All early SVX cars were fitted with 225 profile tyres. The 96-97 cars came as standard with 215 profiles.
If you are thinking of buying these with tyres fitted, and the tyres are good, I would say go for it. The SVX is AWD and has masses of grip. The 215 tyres will probably make your car go a little faster, because they have less drag.
It's likely though they will have a smaller rolling diameter than what you currently have on. This will make your car accelerate faster, and your clock read fast.

If the tyres are good and the deal is good, I would go for it, big time.
