30 + mpg

We're not long back from an (approx.) 1150 mile trip (1800 km's) which on some sections of the trip we estimated that we exceeded 30 mpg (560 km's for 48 litres)

On the two sections that we achieved these results, the speed was kept at a steady 125 kmph (75 mph) (Local State Limit is 110 kmph). Definately noticed on the stretches were we exceeded this speed that the economy dropped dramatically. Don't know if air temp makes much difference but it was about 80 F. outside of the car.

BTW we did ensure that we filled her up to the neck of the tank.
