I'll have to do some checking to make sure of all the parts, but, you'll need inner and outer seals and, of course the bearing (I think that's it, but not sure).

If someone doesn't beat me to it, I'll post a parts list from work tomorrow, I've got a list on my work computer. Personally, I'd just replace the defective bearing. Make sure you, or whoever does the change, replaces the packing grease with high quality high temp bearing grease. The grease the bearing comes in is ONLY for packing and not for "riding."
