Regarding changing your tansmission fluid: Changing your tranny fluid can cause problems if you get it blown through the system. by doing this it blows the crap through where it can clog up the filters and or the system. The better way to change your transmission fluid is to let it drain by itself. Don't let them use the machine that blows it all out. When you drain it, have them change your filter as well (You have to drop the pan and buy a tranny filter kit.). Drive it for a few weeks and drain it again (same way) don't have to replace filter. Drive it a month or two and drain it again. The reason for doing it this way is because when you drain it this way, you do not get all the ATF drained so it takes a few changes to really clean the AT fluid.Then, if it's binding, I would add a small bottle of limited slip differential to keep the clutch pack from sticking and ensure there is no binding.
