A bunch of haters
Why's everybody gotta hate on the Spinners? It's very clever and creates a visual sensation you can't get any other way. Sure, they cost a ton, and sure they shouldn't go on a corolla or whatever. But a BMW 7-series with some 22" spinners with wood inserts in the free spinning spokes...that was one of the classiest looking wheels I've ever seen. Absurdly priced, but that's the audience they're going after...the ones that want to prove that they have $$ (or at least try to front like they do).
