The Tech manual I have is US, and I am not that clued up on immobilisers and locks, but a couple of things occur you might check.

First, and you have probably tried this, did you lower the driver's window, and see if the doors would unlock from using the key in the door? Just as a temporary measure?

Second, the doors lock on reaching 15 kph as a security feature. The ignition switch-off opens them again. If yours is not opening again, then the relay that does the open/close bit has died in the closed position, or has a bad connection/is not getting the signal. This is assuming it is not alarm or immobiliser related, but is a good place to start.
