While I had the pulley assy out I noted the bearing part number. It is an NSK 6301DU2. I did a quick search on the web and apparently it was also used by Toyota in several A/C idler pulleys in the late 80's. I found a couple of bearing houses on the web that list replacements. However as Lee said, the pulley assy is held together with rivets.
