I think it is unfair to even say it is a Ford product as the parts content is listing 55% GB, 30% US and rest other. Aside from the actual drivetrain I can't find a single Ford part on the thing and I'm anal as anyone regarding the GM style build an upscale car then put the same old turn signal stock from 20 years ago into it even though it doesn't come close to belonging
Ford did do a lot regarding the quality control and modernizing of Jag though... Then sold it off for a loss.
