You could get your revenge by pouring about 4-5 pounds of sugar in their gas tank
. Aircraft grade paint stripper works good to, put it on a car the night before its gonna rain, but that only works if the paintjob on the car is nice, if you did that to a car with spray painted racing stripes it probably wouldnt have much offect on the owner when he/she came out to see their car stripped to the metal.
