i've had a ticket for +31 over the limit. That experience is not fun.
Isn't it funny how the "smiths gauge" always gets blamed.
For that kind of money you could buy an upgrade so you know how fast you are going.
Just remember you have to be good for 2 years now or your life is really going to suck.
