The 89 XT GL I just sold got 32mpg and 28 with the AC on. If I needed 4wd all I had to do was push the red button on the shifter knob.
I love how my RX handles with the Full Time Dual Range and diff lock. We had a little rain today and when I engage the diff lock and hit a corner, the fun starts! Punch the go peddle, turbo spools up and bam, there goes the rear end!
