I think 245 is about as big as you're going to run without issues. And as Crysis mentioned if the diameter doesn't match front to rear, you're going to kill your AWD.

p.s. you might be able to fit 255/40 ( if you could find them in 16") with just the right offset, negative camber and stiffer springs...
