I have one, one of these day's I'll get around to painting and installing it.
As for a "cheap" feel, wouldn't expect much from injection molded plastic....lol
Besides, once it's installed how often are you going to be feeling the grill?? So as long as it doesn't crack easy should a stone (or other small object) bounce up into it, who cares.....
