I too have to rate IBM as #1 in notebooks. I've used IBMs exclusively for ten years. I have clients that buy the cheap stuff like Sony or Compaq Presarios and have nothing but problems. Problems with hardware failing, problems with road durability and problems with drivers and compatibility. I have never had a single problem with any of my IBM laptops.
