I don't know what the tempature has to be in order for frost and ice to vuild up. This car and this heated TB is all new to me but I know in small planes they have carb heaters and the carbs can ice up in tempatures as high as 50 degrees, but I think that's because of pressure gains and losses. associated within the carb and the altitude. Good question.
