Question Oil in teh intake plenum and vacuum/breather hoses!!??

Today I changed the oil in my car, checked the fluids, checked the air filter, etc... I was going to reattach the throttle body heater hoses, but the car was still too warm. I did, however, disconnect the intake plenum and breather/vacuum hoses. I noticed a little oil on the lines, and didn't think much of it - until I put my hand under the throttle body!

When I looked at my hand, I had oil all over my index finger. I looked at the throttle body and intake plenum more closely, and what do you know... A bunch of oil all over the place. In the boxy part of the intake plenum, just before the throttle body, there was literally a small pool of oil.

I noticed my oil dipstick starting to pop up again, which hasn't happened since I changed the PCV valve (which was a few months ago).

Does anyone know why this is happening? What can I do?
