The SVX tranny is basically the Same 4EAT that was used in all the Subaru lines during the production run...
No, the ring and pinion are different in the SVX, and
if you use the front diff (or whole tranny)out of another Subaru, you
ALSO have to swap the rear diff ring and pinion to match the tranny that will be used....
