Big diesel pick-ups are cool, but I wouldn't get a ford. The Powerstroke isn't as powerful or refined as the Duramax available in GM trucks, the one thing GM can actually do right. The Dodge Cummings is handicapped as it is only a I-6 and the ford and GMs use a V-8. Diesel pick-ups run forever.
