Yeah, I think of the SVX like that.....on ice
So, my trusty RX with locking center diff and dual range t-case is the best choice for winter driving. And the most fun
Try a stopping a full size diesel Dodge Ram on ice! Last year when we had the real bad ice storm I was driving to work (I shouldn't have been, sine I had to hang onto the turbowagon in order to get in the truck!) Well I get like 3 miles out of town and see cars stopped about a half mile ahead, and I hit the brakes and I barely had any pressure on the pedal and I felt the ABS kick in.. I gently slowed down and at the next possible moment I turned around and came home! Later that day when I finally was able to drive to work, I saw like 6 cars in the ditch between Corvallis and Junction City (about 30 miles)

I think if I can handle stopping 7,000 pounds with rear ABS, I think the SVXs 3500 lbs with 4 wheel ABS should be easier to handle :-P
