Touch-up paint is just for that, touch-up. You fix small chips with a bottle and brush. But,,,, if you need to do the whole hood, I don't think you will ever be able to paint it properly with a poof can. That's for a professional to do and if you need the whole hood painted, the rest of the car likely needs it too. Now you're talking big bucks. How far do you want to go with this project?
