$190 to flush the tranny is not that bad considering my rebuilt cost me $2300.00. The flush will remove the dirty fluid from the torque converter, or it is supposed to. If you just change the filter then you will only need about 4qts of ATF.
Tranny cooler and an
External tranny filter, summit part # sum-g4980, are a great investment. They help prolong the life of your tranny.
