similar problem to my 97 auction car. It was cracked where the top hose clamps on. I was able to find a metal pipe collar to inserst inside the neck. It was a snug snug snuig fit. I had to cut the pipe at an angle since the neck is angled.
It was such a tight fit it had to be tapped into place. I used a copper epoxy spread evenly before tapping. Then after, I reached into and eoxied some more. The hose is now clamped right around the end of the metal neck. It has held up for 15 k miles and several years.

No signs of upcming trouble with it either.
