Suggestions:
1. Have the hubs checked to make sure that they are not distorted due to improper bearing installation(s) in the past. If the hubs are distorted, it really doesn't matter how good a job you do packing the new grease in the new bearings.
2. Assuming the hubs are okay, remove them from the car and take them to a machine shop with the new bearings and have the bearings pressed in with a shop press - making sure everything stays lined up correctly (thus keeping the hub from being distorted by a "cocked" bearing being pressed into it)
