Refinishing Wing?
The trunk wing on my pearl is in really bad shape. Of course paint chipping on these is common, but it looks like it's actually pitted pretty deeply into the wing in the spots where the paint is gone. Someone has attempted to touch the paint up- probably with a brush. Wondering if I should try to fill in the pits with some kind of filler, or just try and sand it down smooth. Has anyone used filler? If so, what's been successful. Obviously I'd remove the sloppy touch-up paint first.
