OK, the planning committee has been busy getting some ideas into place for the meet this year. This is all still tentative, but I wanted to start to get some of the information out there. As things are added/locked down/ moved, I'll update this post.
If you plan to attend make your reservations for the hotel now. The Block is reserved up to March 5th, after that the price and availability is unknown.

Afternoon - Evening – Main Lobby/Bar area/Outdoors
Arrive, meet up with old friends and introductions to new ones.
7:00 - Group drive to dinner
Nothing organized, gather where the people are and something will happen
Saturday
10:00/10:30 - Group drive to Valley Forge National Historic Park.

Main Lot, have ½ a tank, directions/GPS, $7 for tolls and FRS radio if you have.
12:00 - Photo ops in the park
There are a few spots, we'll find a good one
3:00 - How to - Tech session
These will be out in the lot, Tech Inspection for AX, Headlight Buffing, maybe more?
6:00 - Group dinner, Heritage Restaurant

9:00 - Raffle/Prizes

7:00 – Set up for the Autocross
This is voluntary, but I'm sure any help would be appreciated.
9:00 – Registration for Autocross with the Blue Mountain Chapter of SCCA

10:00 – Autocross starts
