Just unplug them, remove the 2 screws and cap, and twist them out. If they are hard to pull out then twist the plug part toward the front of the engine and very carefully pry them out with a large flat bladed screwdriver between the fuel rail and the plastic plug part.

Removing the whole fuel rail is pretty easy too, and then you can push them out from the bottom side if they are really stuck. Just be careful when you take out the 2 bolts that hold the fuel rail down - there are small spacers in there that will fall down into never-never land if you don't catch them.
