I was actually at Hampton Beach on sunday for a family gathering and I was thinking about how the meet might come together. The biggest problem there is parking and traffic. There is a constant stop and go crawl the entire length of the beach all day long. Its a little insane because traffic flows only one way. If you don't find a spot, you have to sit through the traffic again
There is a parking meter "lot" at the south end of the beach. Further up there are some more scatttered parking areas as well as parking lots away from the beach for $10 or so a day. It would be a neat trick to get everyone parked close to one another. I might suggest that the more nothern end of the beach might be a better meeting spot. It's generally less crowded. Also, only about two miles south of Hampton Beach is Salisbury Beach, where there is less of a traffic nightmare & parking is a bit cheaper. It has everything Hampton has as far as amusements go. Just a thought...
