my buddy used to have the best costume - the 'Assgrabber'! this is kinda hard to explain, but......
he had a goofy rubber mask, a big trenchcoat, and a picnic basket. the setup was the one sleeve of the coat was attached to the basket as if it was holding it and was stuffed. the 'free' arm went through the front of the trenchcoat into a hole in the basket. on that arm was a sock, with fishing bobbers for eyes (the Assgrabber!) a sign was on the basket that said 'Assgrabber.' oh yeah, you need gloves so the fake arm has a 'hand'.

it was hilarious to watch - girls would come up and ask what the 'Assgrabber' was, and then the sock-hand would fly up out of the basket with its googoly bobber-eyes, scaring the living **** out of them!
