That is really good news as it would be a lot less work to do in the engine compartment. To get the head off the cam shaft has to come out. The head bolts are under the cam shaft. How much did he charge you for this work? Do I remember you saying it was done at a dealer?

It looks really tight in there. It doesn't look like enough room to pull the bolts out of the head. Maybe the bolts go in the head and then the whole assy slides in? The head bolts have to be torqued and it sounds tricky getting the cam shaft in and out. It has to be kept parallel to the head. If it cocks it can get stuck and damaged.
