You'll also need the rear diff carrier, as the SVX has it's own unique one, but they shouldn't be to hard to come by, even a really badly wrecked one that is one part that hardly ever getts damaged.

All the holes are allready there, as all the SVXs was originally AWD, so every thing should just bolt in(at least with an AWD auto tranny )

If you go with the 5-speed, a early Legacy driveshaft should be easier to find, and will work since you have to get the front half legthened anyway.
