The dealer I took my car to in Vermont actually got oil all over the door pull when I took it in for an oil change. I asked them to take care of it, and they practically scrubbed it with a wire brush and said, 'uh...the oil's gone.'
'Yeah, but so is the
fabric!'
In the end, they replaced the entire interior door panel with one from a '97 they had in stock.
