If you know what the 4.11 was from, and know the gear ratios, you can calculate your crusing rpm pretty easily...

IMO, most people get too caught up on the whole "shorter gearing will ruin your cruising milage" thing.

a shorter gear increases the torque you put to the ground (on an rpm basis). you need the same amount of torque to maintain the same speed regardless of your rpm. what changes is your engine load. So, although you will be at a higher rpm, the load on your engine will be less to create the same amount of torque.

Now i know this may not be the same for every car/engine or manual vs automatic, but when i swapped the 5mt in my integra to one with shorter gearing, my mpg was completly uneffected. btw my rpm at 60mph jumped from 3000 to 3400.
