Flashing Check Engine Light, #6 Misfire DANG!!!

Heading down to visit my brother in DC today. Loaded up the car, drove to the bank, all was well. Coming out of the bank, it started misfiring.

Made it home, put on diagnostic (it's a 1996 OBD II) Came up with #6 misfire. Tested this out by pulling fuel injector connector on #6, no change to performance. Pulled others with BIG change.

I changed the plugs 100 miles ago and have really been enjoying the power and pull of a fresh tuneup.....now this!

What's the most likely culprit? I'm thinking that #6 coil got damaged in the plug change (#6 is a REAL BI*CH), though aside from being pushed around during the change, it wash't dropped or hit.

Any troubleshooting ideas that would narrow down the problem??
