Hi, Thanks for the engine info. The fact that the pistons & Cylinders are matched at assembly may be the reason the suaru dealer was so quick to say "short block" as the pistons would come fitted to the block. That kind of makes sence but I'm not convinced that the engine is finished. Maybe i'm clutching for straws.
