I had the motor out about 2 years ago and changed the PVC and all vacuum lines etc.... The bottom of my IRIS valve always seems to be oily but I would not think that that much oil should be coming down but i guess it could add up over the years to make the mess! Just does not seem to be anything that would leak in that area. My cam seals are a disaster so those are getting changed as well but I dont think the oil came from those.
