How about emailing everyone to give the opportunity for input on dates. Looks like the location is pretty much set. We have 3 Saturdays in October to chose from the everyone so far here seems to be ok with. October 12, 19, 26. Offer those 3 dates and tell them what is up. Maybe you will get some response.
