I'm not sure what's involved in the swap... I've never actually done one myself. I've swapped whole differentials but never rebuilt any.
I would just take both diffs to a shop that builds trannies and rear ends for trucks and say, "Hey could you please swap the ring and pinion"... and they'll do it for you.
