The low octane fuel, I believe, is your culprit. The manual says to use low octane ONLY in emergencies. It may even take a while for your ECU to recover from the octane starvation. You might even want to take the ground terminal off your battery overnight to clear the memory and let it "re-learn" with the higher octane fuel.
