Does anyone know the proper lubricant to use on the sliding pin surface inside the rubber boots on the caliper?

I was using a silcone grease as recommended by the auto parts store. However this cakes up and gets hard under high heat conditions. Well any way that's what I found on the frozen calipers I just replaced.
