Im getting ready to replace that hose, because I have been too busy to do it over the past few days. But im goign to write a how-to with pics of how to do it. but before I do, I need some info from someone who has done this. First of all, im not sure how to work these clamps (pic attached). It seems as though if I pried up an end of it, it would then be useless. Is there some trick to doing these?
Secondly, The hose is pre-molded. So when I went to Autozone, they just wanted to cut a lenght of hose. Will this be ok to use since it isnt pre-molded, or do you actually have to have one in the proper shape. Let me know so that I can get this done soon and post the how-to.
