Thanks for the update, I have passed this on to Sean at Serck for comment.

Looking at the pictures of the heater matrix's (not sure on the plural of matrix !!) Serck have sent us, comparing with your dimensions, and bearing in mind your description of "flanged pipework mountings" would the Serck part number 020848 not seem a better match ?? The overall dimension is closer at 200mm rather than 195, the core depth is 48mm which is closer to your measured 46mm, and if the pipework is indeed flanged fitting as you describe this part seems closer to me than the other, which I assume is in fact the Imprezza heater matrix ??

I have asked Sean about purchase prospects, specifically: whether I can have one "on trial" so to speak, whether they will entertain very low order numbers (less than 10) or whether we will have to place a minimum order quantity, and what the likely unit costs are going to be.

Hopefully he will get back to me soon with this info.
