I had a high pitched squeel comming from my tires. Turned out it was a defective brake pad. (They were only about a month old) They looked fine, but as soon as I swapped in the old brake pads the noise instantly went away. Might want to try that?

PS the squeel was always on, not just when the brakes were pressed..
