If violence is the answer, then...

perhaps I should beat the guy that screwed up my dashboard when installing my new stereo. Some time after my installation, the shop was bought out by another company. Now the manager of the store thinks he's not obligated to financially compensate me for the damage done by his installer. If the manager had taken care of the situation when I had asked him to, before the buy out occurred, it wouldn't have been an issue. But I think he purposefully waited, knowing he could get away with it by doing so.

The damage is not visible, and the stereo I have in there now is mounted correctly. However, should I need to switch the head unit out at some point in the future, the place I go to will likely have trouble getting the assembly lined up correctly. And the total damage exceeds $1000 including parts and labor

BTW, that careless installer is now the install manager of the store. How does that make sense?

I'm pissed.
