Press em out. Clean out the bores. (tip- use a ball type brake cylinder hone and atf or some other lighter oil.) Press the new ones in and install the c clips. I don't know if a hydraulic press is needed or not, I just ordered them the day before yesterday. Normally I just use a bench vice, but this case will probably require more force.

Properly installed, I have never upset the balance of a driveshaft by changing the u-joints.
