Clear the codes and see if they return.
Usually code 11 will result in a no-start. Accurate diagnosis requires a GMM, DMM or an o-scope. At $200+ for a new one I'd just clear it and see if it returns. My car had the same code in it when I first checked it but it has never returned.
Knock sensor codes can be erratic sometimes, especially if you've had a rattle from a loose bracket, worn pulley, bad alternator bearing, etc. If the code comes back you'll probably need to replace both knock sensors. Not replacing a bad knock sensor will cause the computer to retard the timing eight degrees, which will cause a slight power and mpg loss.
