Most salvage yards will probably not want to sell you used seat belts, or just not want to deal with taking them out.
Your best bet is to find what you need from someone here that is parting out a later model SVX.
As for as taking some from another Subaru,you prbably would have a hard time getting them to mount correctly.
If they are not mounted using OEM bolts and mounting points you are looking at a safety issue also.
