something about soaking a rag in gasoline and sticking it in the filler neck.... Then a spark.... I dunno its kinda foggy, last time I did it, i think I was in a coma for a couple months....
Seriously though, you need an OBDII scanner/reader they cost only a couple bucks nowadays but when I bought mine it was over $200
