I called maniacs, the other day about this exact same part. i thought she was going to send me an email but never got it now i know what she meant.
i was doing the mod and instead of filling the ring terminal i decided to file the mounting post platic part any way it snapped in two. she and i discussed you and your alt and that you had it painted with a heat treated coating, but she forgot where they sent it. where did you send it? i was thinking of doing mine when i do the upgraded when my factory one goes bad. I new about yours before i called just wanted to know how the process would work if i decided to do it. thanks for the link...
